SHED

An Embodiment Ritual of Release

The Year of the Wood Snake has been intense and deeply transformative. For many of us, it has brought survival, surrender, and the slow work of integration. In the process, it has stripped life down to what’s essential.

The Snake is an ancient teacher of life, death, and rebirth. It reminds us that life, like nature, moves in cycles. It calls us to trust the process of shedding illusions, identities, and skins that no longer fit. It invites us into the mystery of becoming, again and again.

Held on the final day of the Year of the Wood Snake, SHED is a slow, somatic ritual to mark the closing of this cycle. Through embodied movement, breath, and stillness, we will honor the lessons and gifts of this year and release what we no longer need to carry.
