Meet Brooke

Experience has been my greatest teacher, and curiosity has led me far from home. I have lived and studied in India, China, Europe, and across the United States, drawn to traditions that treat the body, psyche, and spirit as inseparable. These chapters have shaped how I practice, how I listen, and how I hold space.

Motherhood became my deepest teacher. When my daughter was born with a life-threatening genetic condition, my relationship to life and death changed overnight. Caregiving introduced me to chronic uncertainty and the emotional and logistical weight that families carry. It also deepened my interest in end-of-life work, grief, and the kinds of support people need when they are living close to the unknown.

More recently, my own cancer diagnosis brought me into another layer of learning. It has been humbling and clarifying. It has also sharpened my priorities and deepened my respect for the body’s intelligence.

In my classes and offerings, I draw from holistic health, mythology, depth psychology, nature-based spirituality, and yogic philosophy. My work is embodied and experiential. I guide people toward a felt relationship with their own bodies, learning to read sensation as information, and rebuilding confidence in the inner knowing that many of us learned to doubt. The intention is that clients leave with tools they can actually use, especially when life feels messy or uncertain.

My life is a continuous journey of healing, learning and evolving. I find joy in spending time in nature, dancing to live music, creating nourishing meals and exploring the world with my two children and fellow soul seekers.
