Meet Brooke

Born with wanderlust and a curiosity for all things counter-culture, I ventured into the world seeking answers to the discontent I felt in our materialistic, late-stage industrial society. I have lived and studied in India, China, Europe, and across the United States, immersing myself in ancient wisdom traditions, spiritual practices, and ways of life that nourish wellbeing and foster evolutionary growth. My heroine’s journey has been long and winding, filled with adventures, dark descents into the underworld, and phoenix-like rebirths.

Motherhood has been one of my most profound teachers. When my daughter was born with a life-threatening genetic condition, my relationship with life and death was forever altered. Confronting mortality so intimately invited me to explore the nature of death, both through spiritual practices and my own healing experiences with plant medicines. This journey has deepened my understanding of what it means to truly live, inspiring me to support others in facing end-of-life fears, navigating existential distress, and embracing life with greater reverence and love.

In my yoga classes, I draw on years of study in holistic health, mythology, depth psychology, nature-based spirituality, and yogic philosophy. Each class is a ceremonial experience that blends storytelling with a deep inquiry into the unconscious realms where we can access potent alchemical transformation. These moving meditations are designed to unlock trapped energy within the body, bringing awareness, healing, and love to the spaces that need it most.

My life is a continuous journey of healing, learning and evolving. I find joy in spending time in nature, dancing to live music, creating nourishing meals and exploring the world with my two children and fellow soul seekers.
